It’s finally that time of year…FALL!! This is by far the most disappointing Fall i’ve ever experienced but I’m trying to make the best of it. I’ve been so busy I haven’t been able to enjoy this time of year, and the cold is here too early. But in spite the downfalls this years, I am make up for it in the kitchen with apple butter, pumpkin butter, pumpkin spice cream cheese, pumpkin spice latte’s and last, but not least, caramel apple cupcakes! I’ve prepared them for work tomorrow.
